BERT-Kgly is a new tool for predicting Gly site. It uses ProBERT and pre-training model to extract the features of CLS markers, and uses CNN1D as the lower learning machine to finally get a new Gly site prediction tool. Details about can be found in our paper.

After that, you can use our prediction tool according to the following steps: first, submit the task through "Sever" window., and then you will get a task-ID. Through the task-ID, you can view the task progress in "Task" window or download the completed tasks.
